Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for purchases made through retail partners, in-store locations, or other third-party sellers. Returns must be processed through the original retailer in accordance with their return policy.

BIBIED Hearing offers a 45-day risk-free trial from the date you receive your shipment.

Important: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending your item back. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. This ensures proper processing and protects your eligibility for a refund.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees, which may vary depending on their location. 

To initiate a return, contact us by email using the information at the bottom of this policy. Once approved, a USPS return label will be emailed to you. You must drop off and ensure your return is in transit by the 45th day after delivery to remain eligible.
